Return Policy
At Mayah Henry Jewellery, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of each piece. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the jewellery must remain in its original, pristine condition: unworn, unused, free of signs of wear, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and certificates. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact our Client Care team at support@mayahenryjewellery.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions. Kindly note that items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We encourage clients to inspect their order upon arrival. Should your piece arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we may resolve the matter with priority and care.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, customization, and exclusivity reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. These include:
• Custom or engraved jewellery
• Personalized pieces
• Final-sale items
• Gift cards
Additionally, jewellery that shows any indication of wear, alteration, or handling beyond what is necessary to assess the item cannot be accepted for return. If you are uncertain about the eligibility of your piece, our Client Care team is available to assist.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend completing the return for the original piece and placing a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For clients within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned pieces must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
